Updated October 8, 20262 sourcesTaxTruce teamFact checked
The short answer

An LT11 is the IRS notice of intent to levy and your right to a hearing. You have 30 days from receiving it to ask for a collection due process hearing with Form 12153. If you owe $50,000 or less and filed all returns, you may set up a plan online.
